Does the Bailey Standard Factory Warranty affect my rights under the Australian Consumer Law?

Bailey caravans standard warranty cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for any major failure and for compensation for any other reasonable foreseeable loss or damage. You can also have the components repaired or replaced, if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Where can I get my van serviced?

Please look at our dealer network to find your nearest Bailey authorised dealer or repairer. If you are located rurally, please contact your nearest Bailey dealer who will be able to locate an alternate authorised service/repair workshop.

Do I need to service my van yearly?

As part of your warranty contract your caravan needs to be serviced regularly (12 month annual service) by an authorised Bailey dealer or repairer. You also need to ensure that you keep a record of all services and repairs that have been done on your caravan.

How do I maintain my warranty?

In order to maintain your warranty you need to contact an authorised dealer within Australia to have repairs made. To maintain your warranty your Bailey caravan requires a yearly service.
